At Quality Gates & Openers we are always looking for ways to add value to the services we provide to our loyal clients by way of quality workmanship, highly educated employees and the latest in technology and craftsmanship in gates and openers. Our aim is to provide the very best in all areas of service to keep our clients not only satisfied but excited to do business with us. How do we stay at the top of our field in our market? We do so through the following avenues:
First, we are always looking for qualified individuals to add to our work force. Finding men and women who have experience in this field has proven to be difficult in our local area. Often we have to find individuals who have the potential, the drive, and the morals to work on their own. Every quarter, we do in-house training. A few times a year we invite reps from different gate manufacturers to come in and do training with us. Our technicians have traveled to Orlando, Atlanta, Nashville, New Orleans, Miami and San Diego for training. We have worked at having all of our technicians certified by the manufacturers and the AFA. We want to give you the “best of the best”.
Top Quality Products
We work closely with our gate operator manufacturers not just with providing training for our personnel, but also to provide them with feedback directly from our technicians and clients so that they may improve the products they design for you. This year alone, two of the manufacturers asked us to do beta testing of new products for them. We believe that this is a testament to our relationship with the companies we rely on to supply both our customers and us with the best in products.
Our company develops the best in our field of work through time, training, and education. The fact that two of our technicians have been hired away from us by manufacturers and a third started his own business. This is evidence of the quality of men and women that we employee. Our technicians are trained so they can quickly and accurately diagnose your problem and get your gate functioning properly. Every Friday morning, our company gathers for a work safety meeting and this always includes a segment on gate safety. Designing a gate to meet UL 325 & ASTM F-2200 standards is important to protect people from being injured by a gate. In this day and age of litigation we find this to be not only in our interests, but also the best interests of our clients.
Quality Gates has grown from just two men ten years ago to fifteen today. We will continue to grow and improve our skills so that we may serve you. We are the best at what we do with ten years of growth, expansion, and development under our belts. As always, we will continue to provide the Panhandle with the very best in services and products. We appreciate all of our clients both new and old for their business and support.
Thank you all.
